Plan B... but not?

Question

Someone told me that if you have a slip up and take plan B that it will prevent pregnancy but IF you are ovulating then it will not be effective and there is another pill that you have to take to prevent pregnancy. Is there any truth to this and do you know the name of it?

Well..... I was pregnant with my son after taking the plan B . Clearing I was ovulating (I got pregnant) , nothing is 100% except abstinence . But I’ve never heard of this “other” pill .

the plan b pill changes the lining of your uterus so that the fertilized egg can't attach to the uterine wall. the pill is still effective if your ovulating, you just have a smaller window of time from sex to ingesting the pill. plan B will not terminate an already existing pregnancy. so if you miss that time frame and the egg is already attached then you will be pregnant. My youngest child is my plan b baby lol
