Curious to see if anyone has any recent studies or research involved with these two subjects?

Aside from that, did you personally smoke/use weed during your pregnancy?

I'm firmly against pharmaceuticals and use weed for insomnia, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. I just found out two days ago that I'm pregnant. I'm really worried about stopping and not being able to sleep or cope with my pain/anxiety. I'm also worried if someone recommending a pill!

Suggestions? I met my midwife today but didn't express these concerns.
