IB or PR?

Son is 11 months old been slowing weaning from breastfeeding. I haven't had a period in 3 months but still have had great ovulating CM. A week ago I had spotting and on good filled tampon for one day but nothing on pads any other time. Do you think it was implantation bleeding or period returning?
