Sunday afternoon i started having contractions that lasted almost 5 minutes with only 1 minute in between. once it stopped i finished packing my bag and jumped in the shower, as i showered the contractions continued, but once i got out the shower and wand my hair they had stopped completely but once i got back in the bed i was having severe back pains for 2 consecutive hours the heating pad wouldn't work at all and the contractions had started back. From 6:50 til 9:00 they were 3 minutes apart and lasting 45 seconds then at 10 til the time i gave birth they were 1 minutes apart and lasting 45 seconds. I had no epidural and no stitches... i had to wait til the doctor came in and after 3 pushes my baby had arrived healthy
