Period cramps. Help help help.
Does anyone have any type of tips on dealing with period cramps. I’m 21 years old & ive never had cramps this bad. For the past four months I’ve been absolutely useless on my period. When I was younger it was probably only the first day where I cramped and then I was fine. I’ve been up since 3 this morning & nothing is helping. Helllllpppp
