Bladder infection pains before period

Hi guys!! I’m coming with a question I’ve been having for 7 years now. Every month the few days before my period I start getting bladder infection like pains when I go to pee. Its especially awful first thing in the morning or if I haven’t had enough water. It is really painful and uncomfortable. I’ve gone to the gyno and told her my concern but she just gave a shrug and said she didn’t know (what?!??). Has anyone else even had this problem?
