I have heard that caffeine should be limited when pregnant. Did you drink soda while pregnant? What about caffeine free sodas, like Sprite or caffeine free Coke?

Ok there’s concern about how much caffeine to take but you also have to be careful not to get too much sugar so as to prevent gestational diabetes. I’d have trouble with reducing my Coca Cola intake if I was pregnant because I love it so much.

A can of ice cold Coca Cola was the only thing that helped my heartburn. So yup. Dr’s couldn’t explain it but it helped.

You can have 200 mg of caffeine a day. But beyond caffeine you should limit the amount of soda you drink because it is terrible for you. The sugar content is just as much a concern as the caffeine content.
