When will others feel the baby kick?

I’m 23 weeks and feel all of my babies amazing kicks and wiggles. When will others be able to feel the baby kick? Every time I feel movements, I place my hand on my stomach, but feel nothing outwardly. 
I eagerly await the day my boyfriend feels his daughter for the first time.

My husband felt our little girl at 19 and a half weeks

My husband was able to feel her at about 20 weeks but she’s moved now to there she is more towards my back so the kicks are mostly internal (super annoying lol). I miss watching her make my belly pop up.
