Twins ?!?

Question

Anyone having twins!? 
Did you have symptoms different then a single pregnancy? 
When did you get a postive test ?

Yupp! Had NO idea I was even pregnant at all. Feel the same as my other pregnancies aside from the fact that I didn't know at first! 
I'm 6+3. Was shocked to see two hearts on ultrasound.

Here are my tests. I tested at about 4 weeks since my period was a day late.

I got a positive test at 11dpo, had high hcg blood work on three different draws, crazy morning sickness and I am exhausted all of the time. I had a feeling that it might be twins but I was still in shock when the hospital confirmed it. I had gone in for spotting and cramping, thinking that the pregnancy was ectopic. NOPE. Two perfectly formed sacs on the ultrasound. it was just too early for heartbeats or poles. hoping for one at my appointment on Monday
