Severe shooting like pain

Hello ladies,

Today i've been having some really severe shooting like pains in the right, lower side of my stomach. It hurts so bad when im standing straight or being stretched. It reminds me of period cramps but it's a more sharp pain and only in my right side.

I was thinking it could be ovulation pain but i've never had that plus i have no idea when i'm ovulating (been 10days since last period ended. Glow says im fertile now)

My bf tells me to go to the doc but i don't want to if it's just cramps. Any idea on what might be happening?
