Ok my kids were taken because my full of shit child’s father was beating one me! My kids were only present once when it happened. I called the police and they seen that my babies were present. And contacted cps saying that me and the kids weren’t safe. I got an restraining order on him prior to the altercation. But they still are saying my home is not safe for my babies to return back home. He isn’t here anymore. We don’t talk at all. I’ve been to court twice. They are making me take parenting classes, domestic violence counseling, and they made me take an physiological evaluation. The next court date is for an deposition hearing. It’s been two months since my kids haven’t been in my care. I’m just worried Nd wants to know what’s next. What can possibly happen at this “deposition hearing” 😐 can my kids be returned to me 🙄
