Rib pain??

I have been having severe pain in my left rib. It started awhile back and would only hurt if I ate too much. Then it progressively became more frequent and now it’s non stop. Today it’s been very sensitive to the touch, and there is even some bruising under my left boob. This is so incredibly uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this? I have my appointment with my doctor tomorrow so I’m hoping for some answers. During my 20 week appointment our baby measured at the 85th percentile so I know he’s big. But when I’m feeling him move all of his kicks and jabs are at the bottom of my belly. 😣
