So I went for my 28 week and they noticed the baby’s kidneys were dialated, I didn’t realize the seriousness of this until I started looking it up. They say it’s a soft marker for Down syndrome.. they sent me the next day to a high risk hospital where they measure one of my baby’s boys kidneys at 9 and the other at 5. Everything else’s looks good and normal they said no other soft markers but I could take an amniotic fluid sample or I could do a blood test. I chose to do a blood test to check for the Down syndrome I’m worried to death idk has anyone else ever had this happen to them
