UPDATE!

They started getting closer together (2-3 minutes apart) so I went in to the hospital. They checked me and I was a dilated to a 3. They decided to monitor me for a few hours, by this time I was starting to have some back pain. They checked me 1 hour later and I was still at a 3, but my back pain was worse so they decided to keep me for another hour. After that I was still at at 3 and they thought that may be the baby had slid down and was laying on a nerve and that's part of the reason for my back pain. They sent me home with instructions for what to look out for, and I got about three and a half hours of sleep. When I woke up I lost my mucus plug, called the OB and my doctor told me to rest.

Every 6-7 minutes I start shaking and can't catch my breath (I'll start breathing really hard) for about 1-2 mintutes. I'll then feel light headed and my back hurts. It's happing regularly, but it's not painful. I just feel exhausted, lightheaded, and numb. What is it? I'm timing them, but it's only been 40 minutes. I'm 36 weeks 3 days and dilated to a 2. Baby has dropped and I'm losing my mucus plug in bits. DR says it could be any day. Thoughts?

P. S. Sorry for the rambling I just can't focus very well.
