Need tips or advice

My bf has always been someone who kisses pretty hard. Also, it is the same thing will foreplay with my boobs and my lady bit. Sometimes it gets to the point where it is uncomfortable to me. I tell him to be more gentle, but he never does. I want to tell him again because I like kissing to be different when we are in different moods.
