How do you find time to do it?
I'm so torn...I want to spend time with my LO to make up for not seeing her while I'm at work, but I absolutely hate the way my body looks because I'm still 25lbs away from my pre-baby weight.
I've worked out a few times after she's gone to bed, but I'm usually too worn out to do anything but sit on the sofa or go to bed early.
It's starting to put a damper on my mental health so I know I need to do something about it.
