Headaches...?

Hey ladies! 16wks tomorrow, and experiencing horrible headaches. Ended up in my bed with all lights off for hourrrrrs last night, only to wake up with it again today. 
Have any remedies that have worked for you that you are willing to share? :(

The only advice I can give is what worked for me. I tried Tylenol and that was only a temporary fix. Then I realized that I cut caffeine down a lot so started having a coffee in the morning and a can of coke in the late afternoon and all headaches have gone! 
Now I only have a coffee.

I was having terrible migraines in my first 15 weeks. The dr recommended that I drink carnation breakfast drink in the morning. Since I started doing that I have been headache free. They may be caused by your body’s lack of proper nutrition.

I had terrible migraines back to back. I was told to have a glass of milk in the morning. Ever since my headaches have been gone or minimal.

Yes!  I dealt with this and still sometimes do but I have found things to help.
-drink at least 10 glasses of water
-caffeine can help.  I usually have 1 cup of coffee a day
-have a protein snack!  Once I learned this it made a big difference

Tylenol xtra strength+tons of water+Benadryl+cup of small coffee 
Works like a charm
