Super bloating after egg retrieval?

I am 2 days after my egg retrieval and I have extreme bloating. Anyone have this and have any suggestions? I've tried high protein, low carb, lots of water, and gas x.

Ginger in tea or hot water with cinnamon, heating pad, lots of water, and take a shot of olive oil!!

I had my egg retrieval 6 days ago. I think the worst part of this process has been after egg retrieval. The rest was a piece of cake compared to how uncomfortable and bloated I feel, plus the pain every time I sneeze, cough, or try to pee. Not to mention the emotional rollercoaster of coming off the hormones. Called my RE and they said keep the high sodium diet and continue drinking G2 gatorades. Hope you feel better soon!

i drunk lots of coconat water and 2 protein shakes per day. helped me to reduce chances of ohss and recover faster after egg retrieval. good luck!
