Symptoms 😫 Dizziness + nausea. Phenergan?

Is anyone dealing with dizziness? I’m so dizzy and it feels like it slowly gets worse as the day goes on and I’m only okay for an hour or so in the morning.

Also, has anyone been prescribed Phenergan for nausea? I have constant nausea that is just getting worse. I’m on b6 and unisom right now, half tablet of each once a day and next step is that medication instead of increasing my b6 and unisom. It did work for awhile but now at 8 weeks and 5 days it’s not doing a lot but I’m hesitant about trying this new medication. Should I try it or just wait it out? It must get better soon right?
