sorry for the long post. I have been trying for 16 years (dx anovluatory cycles PCOS). In 2016 and 2017 I fell pregnant naturally 4 times all ending in miscarriages early on. Well I wasn't getting pregnant anymore and the doctor decided to put me on letrozole 2.5mg I took it went in for my 21 day progesterone blood test and was called saying that my levels were really low .30 and that the pills didn't work that he was upping me to 2 pills a day. Fast Forward to last Thursday and last week Friday took hpt BFN ok. Monday night (CD 51) not sure why took one positive, Tuesday first morning urine digital test pregnant and today Friday midday took another and positive. Has anyone had this happen to them I am over the moon but also extremely scared.
