TSH & T4 levels

So I just got my thyroid levels checked, my TSH is 0.22 and my T4 is 1.7 are these ok for ttc? I'm currently on 112mcg of Levothyroxine but I feel like it's too much. I messaged my Dr. (not my obgyn) to ask but haven't heard anything yet.
