My baby is shivering? 29 weeks

Question

A couple times today it has felt almost like my baby is shivering in there. I know that’s probably not what it is, but what is it? It’s lasts for a second or two. FTM is he just rolling around in there?

they practice cry and with my first it freaked me out too, totally felt like seizures, we caught it on a ultrasound and they are basically having a temper tantrum and crying..

I had this happen too...to me it almost felt like he was having a seizure!! I called my doctor and she told me my uterus was having spasms. It's perfectly safe, and it causes no harm to the baby. Basically if I get too dehydrated and overwork those muscles, it causes the spasms. Rest and relax!!! I hope this helps!!

mine does this too, I've heard it happens to a lot of people and have read things saying it can be baby's practise breaths, or movement that causes ripples in the waters, or baby stretching etc so dont panic! Whatever it is, seems normal!
