Identical twins or no?! Help!!

Hello ladies! This is my first pregnancy and I went for my ultrasound yesterday at 7 weeks! The tech was checking things out and went for a different angle and saw this. She was really stunned and said she wasn’t sure if it was another baby or a stretched out yolk sac! She detected some movement when looking for the heart rate, but not as strong as the first. Which she stated that if it were identical twins, sometimes they lay where only one heartbeat will be detected. Please leave your thoughts and opinions! I have no clue and need some extra eyes!!!
