New to glow help with abbreviations please

Hay ladies

I was on the pill from the age of 15 I'm now 27 and trying for a baby

Came off the pill in April have had periods, cycles are a crazy 38-41days. It's crazy cause like last month I missed a period had 3 tests and all negative then started my period yesterday (gutted)

The doc said it's natural to take up to a year after coming off the pill but in like seriously??? It's like everyone around me is falling pregnant but me ?

Any whoo so that's me

I'm just wondering if I could get some help understanding all the abriviations I see on here..

It's hard to understand the posts when there's so much fpt db hpt stuff lol
