First prenatal visit

So I had my first prenatal visit today at 6 Weeks and 4 days is what glow is telling me, and I had an ultrasound and saw a yolk sac and gestational sac and i was measuring at 4weeks and 4 days, is that normal? They took some blood to test my levels and I’m returning Monday to retest to see if my levels are rising. But should I be worried?
