I am a microbiogy major, coconut has antimicrobial properties. Using coconut oil can kill off the wonderful bacterial and fungus that live in your lady bits. This means other microbes can come to fill their spot, some of which may be harmful or grow in larger than normal quantities and cause issues. Drink tons of water to get things going down there lol

If you use condoms, don’t use coconut oil as it can break the condoms. Water based lubes are the best for condoms. Otherwise, it’s fine
