Worried.

Starting to get worried the last couple of days, I would say 4 days I haven't been feeling like I'm pregnant. I haven't really been having to many cramps like i used to. I still get them but not as often. I haven't been sick really either. The only thing that I can say is that my nipples are ALWAYS sore. And I urinate all the time. Is this normal? I'm 10 weeks 1 day today.
