It makes me feel guilty ☹️

So whenever I masturbate... it feels good at the time... but the day after or sometimes just right after, I feel guilty and disgusting... ☹️ I don’t know why 😢 Also... I feel really awkward when other people talk about masturbating and often lie when I’m asked if I masturbate ☹️ help I just feel so uncomfortable
