I have always had this problem and just recently figured out that it was ocd. Im in psych in college and we watched a documentary on ocd. Basically i have to do certain things or else i feel like something bad will happen. My head will tell me to touch the sink 5 times, position something in a certain way, or do weird things or else someone i love will die or something bad will happen. I never knew that this was ocd and i just figured that it was normal but after watching this documentary i realize that it isnt. I have been dealing with this since i was a child but it doesnt really get in the way of my day to day life. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how bad and how do you manage? TIA
