Bleeding after sex ?? Someone pls help 😢😢

So I’m 10 weeks pregnant and last night me and my boyfriend had sex, it was a lot more vigorous than usual and I had a strong orgasm. I went to pee afterwards and there was bright red blood in the toilet bowl and when I wiped. I put light knickers on to watch out for bleeding. This morning there’s nothing on my knickers so its not a flow but there is Brown blood when I wipe. I put my finger inside to see my cervical mucus and it’s dark brown. This has absolutely terrified me. I’m in the UK and the Dr is closed all weekend- should I go to hospital or is this normal to bleed after sex? I’ve had no pain, just some of the usual growing/stretching twinges. 😨 any advice is appreciated as I can’t really find anything on google
