Bodybuilding
Hi Ladies just wondering if any of you are into bodybuilding? Are you still lifting while pregnant?
I personally love bodybuilding, I've been working out for a while now but never really saw great results till I began eating clean. I've lost a total of 21lbs, started at 156 and currently 135 trying to gain more muscle to enhance those lovely lady lumps.
I am also currently TTC baby #2 and I've heard that eating healthy and losing weight helps with that, and even though it's something I already do I've had trouble becoming pregnant. :( Been trying for about a year now.
