hey ladies, i am 5 weeks today (tested at 4 weeks 3 days) and im so excited that im expecting as i have endometriosis and thought i would struggle but as this is so early and my 1st I'm just wondering how you know it's still there? I won't be seeing the doctor for another 9 days to confirm and even then I assume I won't see anyone until my first scan so I'm just curious how you would know if you've miscarried? ive been cramping for the last 2 days and now theres nothing. I just don't want to be worrying all the time. I feel like I've imagined this whole thing.
