sore painful nipples please help!
my little one is 7 months old and this is the worst my nipples have ever been. they feel raw and maybe bruised (?!) I think I overdid it with the pump at one point a few days ago. usually they take care of themselves within a few days but this is awful!
any healing suggestions? I use Earth Mama nipple butter that's not really helping.
