Anyone have their toddlers potty trained before two years old?

I’m starting to lightly potty train my 15 month old. Not really train but get him used to the toilet. Has anyone successfully potty trained before two months? I know it also has a lot to do with the child and when they are ready. Thanks!

my mom trained my siblings and I all at 18 mo . But we communicated well . I tried to train my daughter 18 mo also but she doesnt talk very well yet so its difficult for her to tell us when she needs to go .. also she's terrified of toilets so theres that😂🙄

My sons 15 months and let’s us know when he’s pooped. We’re going to try this summer. It might be early but it’s worth a shot.

I've heard of 1 y.os being potty trained. I was playing with my 16 month old twins and the potty chairs and they were loving it... I sat them on it and they did great so I'm like "🤔let's try no diaper" and the FLIPPED! So for now potty chairs are out in the open for them to sit on and touch and see. When I'm on the toilet and they break in (usually every time) I tell them "Mommy's going potty" "pee and poo" and when I change their diapers I say "you went potty" "you pee/poo" so pretty much teaching them words. I'm not in a big rash as I heard starting too young and when they arnt ready could make them wait longer. Good luck!! I actually wouldn't mind if you share how it went haha

we havent officially started but he does like sitting on the toilet and is learning to try and push when hes on  he has peed and pooped on the toilet and loves it. we dont have a toddler toilet though. just a small seat that fits on the toilet seat.

I think it is possible and I’m going to start trying to encourage my son from when he’s about 18 months. Obviously like you said they have to be ready, but my step son was still not potty trained at 4yo (his mom just couldn’t be bothered to train him and he lives abroad so we couldn’t physically do it ourselves- he managed fully dry days and nights in less than a week when he came to stay with us for the summer) and there is no way I want my son to go that way.
