pregnant postive but im bleeding

i find out i was 2 weeks pregnant on Thursday 18th April next day 19th friday had cramps n bleeding last two days. it is very annoying because test still come up postive...am i having miscarriage or am i one of those women that bleed. has anyone experience this and still had a healthy baby??
