So I had an HSG last month and this is our first cycle TTC baby #1 after an ectopic last year. HSG showed open tubes!

AF was supposed to arrive yesterday, but didn’t, and I’m testing BFN on FRER and dollar tree tests. I’ve been sneezing here and there, feeling slight dizziness at times, my boobs are somewhat sensitive, I have a few breakouts, excessive saliva, and just a few days ago I started to let out a lot of EWCM. (TMI) could I be pregnant and just not enough to show on a HPT?

Any similar situations??
