Here at children’s hospital but I’m too embarrassed/anxious to ask the nurses this

I’m here at children’s hospital because my infant had a terrible seizure. She’s stable now but I’m broke. I was wondering if I get room service, do I have to pay upfront or can I add it to the bill? I haven’t ate in 2 days because all I have is groceries at my house which is 40 miles away. I’m in Colorado if that makes a difference.
