After sex mess

What does everyone do after sex to avoid the mess of cum oozing out all night?

It’s such a mess. I currently just place a towel between my legs and sleep like that but there has to be something better. I don’t want to stand up and go to the bathroom... I feel like I should try to keep it in as long as I can to increase chances.
