Can any woman prepare herself to get pregnant of a boy not a girl or the opposite ? If yes how ? Cuz i heard it depends on the PH of the woman womb?

Women contribute the X chromosome. Men contribute the x or the y which will determine the sex of the baby.

That is absolutely wrong. It depends on the man. If he contributes an c chromosome then there will be two. Resulting in a girl. If he contributes a y then there will be an x and y, resulting in a boy.
