Depo shot

So i just recently got put on the depo shot and i went to the doctor and they gave me the shot. Although i had sex 5 days before i had just gotten the shot and we used a condom and pulled out and i took a pregnancy test at the doctor and it was negative but it was 5 days after and they never asked when i last had sex. I shouldn’t be concerned if it was my doctor right?
