My fitness/bodybuilding journey!
I’ve recently decided to get back into bodybuilding after constantly feeling like I need to lose weight and be healthier but didn’t have the motivation or accountability. Got the ok from my boyfriend for doing a competition so training started yesterday! Here’s my before picture, I’m starting at 29.5% body fat which is actually 4% down from two weeks ago! I love that I can post progress pictures here and not have to worry about the negativity of social media!Going to comment (roughly) every day on my goals for the day/week which are:
5 workouts/week
Daily:
Vitamins, water, 6 meals, stretch!
Eat:
Breakfast- Protein & Carb
Snack
Lunch-Protein & Veggies & Carb
Snack
Dinner- Protein & Veggies (NO CARB)
Snack (NO CARB)
My process began yesterday and I did everything but stretch. :)
