Semen analysis, low morphology

Hi everyone. My husband got his semen analysis results back and I meet with my fertility doc Thursday, but just wanted to see if anyone has any insight on the results. For some reason he doesn't produce a lot of semen (they couldn't even run the first analysis because there wasn't enough ), but looks like other than that it's just his morphology that's bad. Has anyone else had similar results and gotten pregnant naturally? Insurance also covers IUI so that's an option for us, but not sure about IVF. Also, weird question, but my husband has a low libido and hardly even masturbates. He did 3 days prior to this test just cause they told him he had to. Do you think that morphology could be messed up cause he doesn't ejaculate enough? He's really healthy, no drinking or smoking. Hormone tests all normal. Transrectal ultrasound shows no blockages. Just trying to think of some ways to help hours morphology. Thanks!
