He has his own construction business (a small one). I understand that he needs to stay busy to bring in the money but there needs to be a balance. We have no personal time. He’s either writing emails, getting calls, etc. today is our only day together and he’s talking about work and getting phone calls. He also had to go to the job site to make sure his workers were getting stuff done. I finally said you are so distracted just go to the job site. How can I make him understand he needs to find a balance?
