Diva Cups?

Currently on af and just wondering is anyone uses the cups? Im allergic to pads and tampons are uncomfortable! Im also tired of the mess. What are pros and cons of them? Also which brand do you use and how much did it cost?

I LOVE my Diva Cup. There is a bit of a learning curve so I would suggest emptying it at home at first to get used to it. I bought mine on Amazon for $30. I never have a mess, sometimes if I’ve waited too long to empty it or I have a really heavy day, it can overflow a little and cause a little spotting, but that rarely happens and even then, it’s nothing compared to the leaking I used to get with tampons.

Omg I freaking love my Diva Cup so much! I got so tired of spending money on pads and tampons so my sister told me about it. It takes a bit of practice but once you get the hang of it, it's like a revolution. You don't have to empty it that often, and a great benefit that I've had from using it is less painful cramps. i even feel cleaner. Theres a certain way you put it in, and you have to make sure to push as you take it out. It's pretty comfortable to me. Mine was about $36 at Wal-Mart. Hope that helps!

bought it and so far it great! but question Im still leaking a little around it. did i do something wrong?

It was about $40 for the cup and I hated it. It was just as uncomfortable as a tampon and just as messy. I tried everything to get the damn thing just right and never could. It was nearly impossible to even get the cup in. I was basically crouched like a frog on my bathroom floor trying to get it in and when I did, it hurt. Then when I tried to take it out, it was messy and I felt like I was sucking my insides out. 🤦‍♀️
