i am petite and would be described as “skinny” but although i have a fast metabolism, i eat a lot and and if there’s any fat going any where, it’s my stomach. my stomach is “pudgy” and has some chub that i want to get rid of to tone it out. can anyone recommend effective workouts that will help me tone out my stomach? (please include upper ab workouts too, please) thanks!
