OK ladies, I'm so confused with what my body is doing right now, I started my period 15 days ago, but kept spotting daily with mild cramping (went from pink to brown and pink to brown and so on) tonight I've started bleeding heavier and it's a deep red and clotty. I am not on birth control, have tested negative for pregnancy also negative with the OPKs. I have usually irregular periods that are light and I'll bleed for maybe three days with a day of spotting and that's it. I'm so confused and worried. I've started doing basal body temp as well but that's making no sense to me either

please I am worried 😔
