Aloha from Coachella!
I’m feeling so much better this cycle using progesterone cream. Started the day after O. I feel like my temps are higher & I’m finally sleeping. I normally wake up every few hours & it’s super hard to fall back asleep. Temping is a huge chore w/ travel. NY last week and Indio CA this weekend. Wishing everyone a sweet weekend.
