Has anyone used one before? I'm looking for one for my hips and belly

I had the belly bandit that I wore just a handful of times. One ob at the hospital said to just water it for the first two weeks, and after that you should focus on using your own muscles to gain back strength. But I found that it was not easy to wear the belly bandit for a long time because it put too much pressure on my bladder, and I was still trying to gain bladder control post birth LoL.
