What to feed a one year old.

I have a one year old son still with only 4 teeth and he hates baby food. I give him meat but he won’t even try to chew it he just straight swallows it down. I just want some good healthy and easy to go down foods or recipes or some advice. Cause some days I make food that isn’t so baby friendly and then I have to make a whole separate dinner for him

My daughter is 13 months and she eats anything we eat. There is nothing we don’t give her. For example yesterday : milk and pancakes for breakfast. Raisins, carrots, and celery sticks for a snack. Peanut butter on whole wheat bread and veggie straws for lunch. Mini corn dogs for a snack. Spaghetti with spicy sausage meat sauce and a piece of garlic bread. She also ate some of my salad. Chocolate covered frozen strawberries for dessert. Milk bottle before bed. Bottle of water in the middle of night (she still wakes once)

As long as you cut things into tiny pieces, it really doesn't matter if he has teeth or not. My 13mo old has been eating what we eat since he started solids at 6mo old.

My daughter still has no teeth and is 13 months she eats pretty much whatever I eat. Nuts, popcorn, and really hard things being the exception. Everything else I just cut up into bites. Eggs, toast, pizza, pasta, fish sticks, baked chicken, steamed veggies.

My kids eat whatever I eat, started my son at 6 months and now my daughter too since she’s turned 6 months. They don’t have to have a lot of teeth to chew, just cut it up into manageable bites 😊
