Can Fibroid be mistaken for early pregnancy

Hello Ladies

This months I have been having a lot of bloating lower back pains and more urination. I had an ultrasound and my doctor said she saw two small fibroids.

Has any of you experience this before and ended up being pregnant. My belly is huge. We did have one accident last month so timing that would be early 3 weeks 6 days around. Period just due any time.
